And you have been walking as well – through 300.000 years of Saxonian history and 3000 square metres of exhibition space here in the Archaeological Museum. You’ve hunted with Ice Age Neanderthals, settled with Homo Sapiens and cultivated modern-day Saxony with the modern human being. 

The Homo sapiens has increased in momentum. His desire to create knows no boundaries and he continues to charge and push higher, faster and further. But where will the journey take us?

The journey we have shared following the traces of Saxonian history ends here today, but we would like to wish you well and thank you for paying us a visit.
