Beschreibung

A tanner once pursued his craft in this mill. Bark was a crucial ingredient in tanning, and this is where it was crushed. You will find out how hydropower, generated by a mill wheel, powers gears and transmissions, a bark mill, a fulling barrel and a leather roller. The Tanner's Museum at the Bark Mill is one of three museums in the municipality of Frickingen.
