Station: [08] Magdeburg Piloted Rocket

The Magdeburg pilot rocket was the first attempt in 1933 to fly a manned rocket with the help of liquid fuel. The rocket was not started in Magdeburg, but in Mose, near Wolmirstedt. Unfortunately, it had rained a day before the start of the test day, and the wooden base had warped. The rocket only flew 68 meters high. Fortunately, the test rocket was launched without a passenger.
